Payment Terms
When a client decides on a tour itinerary with Wild Rwanda Safaris, as a confirmation of this tour we request you to deposit 30% of the total tour quote which goes to purchasing your gorilla permits and securing your accommodations for the tour.
In the High / Peak season, we request a deposit of 40% because we need to purchase the permits otherwise they get booked out quickly during this time of the year.
– If the clients will be running the tour in the High season (characterized with many tourists arrivals) hence gorilla permits tend to get booked out very early in the months of December – March and June – September.
Balance payment is required 14 days prior to arrival payment by credit card and payment on arrival in CASH, while last minute bookings (4 weeks- 1 day to the tour ) we request full payment of the tour so that we can secure and set all the logistics in place for your perfect tour. This can be paid by credit card or CASH.
Cancellation Window and Penalty
- 60 -100 days 10% off tour quote
- 59 – 32 days 25% off tour quote
- 31 – 8 days 50% off tour quote
- 7 – 3 days 75% off tour quote
- 48 hours or less prior to no refund
– Please note that on cancellation, Gorilla permits according to the Uganda Wildlife Authority and air tickets once paid are 100% non-refundable.
– We shall not refund services unused on late arrival and no-shows.
